Reality Check

Sometimes cruising on a sailboat looks like this:



And if you're really fortunate, sometimes cruising looks like this:



Today, cruising looked like this:




At least if I gotta use an ice scraper, I'd rather be using it to scrape barnacles than ice...

The dink cleaned up nice! Use anything special besides elbow grease?

Amen on the ice scraper use. No more ice and snow for me!!!

@Paul - I spray one side with pure vinegar first and let it sit for a bit. Then I scrape the barnacles off. Then I use a scrub brush for the next layer. Finally I use Prism on a microfiber cloth. For any stubborn barnacle glue I use a white Scotchbrite with Prism on it. Last but not least, a coat of good ol' fashioned paste wax.
