...to check the Cruising Comforts tab on the blog periodically. I have a new recipe up for my homemade thin crust pizza with videos to help along the way if you're not comfortable with yeast dough.
(or how to move onto a sailboat) With the advent of our 50th birthdays came the usual sorts of life evaluations that one goes through. At what have I succeeded? What contributions have I made? What do I have left that I want to do before I die? Living on the water was high on both our lists. For any who share the dream, and for our family members who might not understand, this is our story. We don't know where it will take us, but welcome along for the ride!

We love thin crust pizza. We buy the Naan bread, and use that, but it's $$, so we'll give this a try. Thanks!
you can make amazing thin crust pizza with soft tortilla shells....yum
Paul - I love Naan bread and you're right it's very expensive to buy but cheap to make. In the next few weeks I'll do a post for my Naan recipe.
Bill - I've done that before with my own tortillas but by the time I make them, I can just make the pizza dough. I'll have to post my tortilla recipe too. Once you've eaten homemade ones you never want to go back to store bought!!!
