Four Cheese Pierogies and French Fries

What do they have in common? Why they're two of the things in the freezer that got cleaned out today which only have one serving left in them, so since Tim is at the boat slaving away and I'm at the house sorting stuff for purging, I get the four cheese pierogies and french fries for dinner. Not exactly a well-balanced meal, and pretty assuredly not very  healthy, but it gets the cleaning out the freezer job done a little faster.

Now - who wants a box of 20-year old T-shirts and a bag of 200 balls of yarn???

And if your freezer on Kintala is anything like ours on Pelagia (tiny energy hog), there'll be no frozen perogies and french fries in the near future.

And that's a good thing... :-)

It would be a balanced meal if you ate the pierogies smothered in sour cream and drenched with melted butter as God intended...

No, God intended for them to be smothered in caramelized onions.

We'll have a pierogie making party! I have a rather large freezer for a vegetarian. Maybe I can rent out space.

@David - we're getting a new fridge soon so we'll have to see how that goes.

@Robert - sorry but Lattitude 43 knows how to eat pierogies :)

@Paul - carmelized onions it was. the only way to fix pierogies is to briefly boil them till they're al dente, then drain the water, add lots of butter and onions and salt and pepper and fry them till they're golden. Yum yum yum! (And yes, I'm from Pittsburgh so I know what I'm talkin' about).

Uh oh, Pittsburgh? Ooh, Deb is a Browns fan. This could be fun. :)

I know someone that may want the yarn. What kind is it?
